Trial on Internet

	(Japanese) インターネット上で裁判 　夢主義社会では、裁判もインターネット上で行われます。 　原告、被告、弁護士、裁判官のそれぞれの意見を、インターネット上に公開します。 　インターネット上の掲示板で、やり取りしながら裁判が進められます。 　そして、一般人も、その裁判の内容に対して、意見を書き込むことができます。 　被告人が、事実を隠ぺいしたり、他の人に危害を加えたりする恐れが無い限りは、拘束されることなく、自宅でインターネットを利用して裁判に臨みます。 　また、裁判に支障を及ぼさない限り、労働も継続することができます。 　労働は人類の未来のためです。 　例え、何だかの罪を犯したとしても、できるだけ労働は継続するべきです。 　労働の継続が、犯罪の継続にならない限りは、労働を継続できます。 　最終的に罰を受ける必要がありますが、軽犯罪での罰は、衣食住のポイントの削減のみで拘束はされません。 　中レベルの犯罪の罰でも、自由時間が削減されるだけです。 　現状の裁判では、事件に関係する人が全員、裁判所に出向いて、長々とした話を聞く必要があり、時間の無駄です。 　また、人間を、拘置所に長期間、拘留するのも、もったいないことです。
